Administrative Assistant for Brentwood at Niles

Jennifer Andrews,  Administrator

Jennifer Andrews joined our team in September 2015. Jennifer has been involved in the health care community in both Southwest Michigan and Northern Indiana for over 20 years. She has worked for Skilled Nursing facilities, Assisted and Independent Living, insurance agencies and was the Administrator for a home care agency, prior to joining the Brentwood at Niles team. Her knowledge and experience will bring much success to our community. She loves meeting new people and hearing the stories that our potential residents are willing to share with her. Helping an individual in need give her the greatest sense of accomplishment.

Melissa Hochstetler, Wellness Director

I am a nurse, a mother, a wife, a caregiver and an advocate. My family and I live in Goshen, Indiana, with my husband of 15 years, our daughter, and our son. My mother-in-law lives in our home with us. We have 2 dogs. I love my family greatly and value a balanced work/home life. I LOVE nursing! I began in the caregiving field in 1998 working as a Resident Assistant with developmental delayed children. In 2001 I drove by a Long Term Care Facility and thought "I wonder how I get a job in there?" I became a CNA, then a HHA, then a QMA, and then graduated from Ivy Tech with my LPN. I also attended Goshen College for nursing, however my husband became disabled in early 2008, and with 2 small children, it was better to re-direct focus until a later date.

Catherine Marsh, Business Office Manager

Cathrine has been in the Assisted Living environment for seven years. She joined the Ridgeline family in 2015. As the Business Office Manager, she is responsible for human resources, employee safety, training, payroll, workers’ compensation, accounts receivable, accounts payable and customer service. She is also responsible for resident invoicing and payments as well as moving them in and out.

When she is not keeping everything running smoothly at Brentwood, Catherine enjoys quilting and is the President of her quilt guild, genealogy, crafting and spending time with her husband on the back of their BMW motorcycle traveling.

Jerry Lawson, Dining Services Director

Jerry joined Brentwood at Niles in December 2008. He has nearly 30 years experience in the food industry from cooking to managing. He enjoys spending time talking with residents about recipes, and residents' likes and dislikes. Jerry also enjoys planning events for residents.

He was born and raised in Buchanan, Michigan. Jerry has 2 daughters, 1 son and 3 grandchildren. In his spare time he enjoys golfing, fishing and poker with friends.

Kelvin Wilson, Maintenance Director

Kelvin has worked in maintenance for over 20 years. He was born in South Bend, IN. He decided to come to Brentwood at Niles after working at a group home that served handicapped residents. He got the sense that he was helping rather than just getting a paycheck and wanted to continue. It gave him a good feeling inside to be able to help with love and respect. Kelvin loves the residents he serves.

Cindy Miller, Activities Director

Cindy was born in Farmingham, MA in 1964. She graduated from high school in 1983.  She has been an activity director for 13 plus years and loves it. Her passion and love for her residents show through in everything she does.  She has 4 children Erin, James, Matthew, and Nathan.  She is very proud of all of them especially James, who services in the Army.  She has two grandchildren, Zack and Lily.   Cindy is in a common law marriage for 17 years now and has four stepchildren and three more grandchildren.  Her hobbies are reading, crafting, and doing things with her grandchildren.  She is also an assistant girl scout leader and finds that position very rewarding.

Stephanie Lisenko, Sales and Marketing Director

Stephanie Lisenko has been in the Health Care industry for 15 years.  She has studied and worked in the legal field, medical office/billing management, and Social Work/Care Management.  She began her new role in Marketing at a local nursing facility and it was through this position that she became familiar with Brentwood at Niles.  She immediately fell in love with Brentwood’s Mission, Vision and Values.  Stephanie lives in South Bend with her husband, 2 daughters and their dog Lion-O.  Stephanie is very passionate about helping seniors and their families transitioning through the different stages of their lives.  She loves sitting and visiting with the residents and hearing their amazing life stories.  Her greatest strength and weakness is her big heart!

Stacia Schrock, Memory Care Coordinator

Stacia Schrock started with Brentwood at Niles in November 2016 as a Resident Assistant and then becoming a Med Tech.  Stacia was then excited to be offered the Activities Assistant position followed up with the Memory Care Coordinator, as she has a passion for her elders and the struggle of others to understand Dementia.  Stacia was born in Elkhart, IN in 1978 and raised in the Michiana area.  She attended Penn High School and Niles High School, where she graduated.  Stacia considers herself a born caregiver and an advocate for humanity.  She also enjoys traveling as she has done most of her life.  Her hobbies include photography, hiking and watching documentaries.
